With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denise M. Smith of Bryan, Ohio, born in Angola, Indiana, who passed away on August 2, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard R. and Mary A. Kuszmaul (Clark). She is survived by: her sons, Nathan Smith (Courtney) of Upper Arlington, Travis Smith (Dawn) of Montpelier and Tyler Smith (Megan) of Upper Arlington; her grandchildren, Kiptyn, Braxton, Kenley, Peyton, Dylan, Parker, Daxton, Stetson, Barrett and Bryer; her siblings, Richele Kuszmaul of Hot Springs, Brenda Gable (Michael) of Alvordton, Ohio, Brian Kuszmaul (Dawn) of Alvordton, William Kuszmaul (Lisa) of Camden and Richard "Dick" Kuszmaul, Jr. (Theresa) of Bryan; her mother-in-law Shirley Swett of Bryan; and her brother-in-law Jeff Smith (Jari) of Cincinnati. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorial contributions to Cancer Assistance of Williams County.
