He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne A. Ross and Elaine R. Ross (Vincent). He is survived by: his wife Virginia N. Bowers; his children, Phillip Ross of Tiffin and Gina Otto (Mike) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Nick Bishop, Kade Williams, Virginia Hadwin (Williams) and Wesley Ross; and his siblings, Marilyn Allion (Jim) of Bryan, Lavon Ross (Peggy) of Adrian and Patricia Zurbrugg (Jim) of Hamler. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
