He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Blake and Nancy Blake (Kirk). He is survived by: his wife Pam Ridenour; his children, Christina Blake of Bryan, Christal Dodson of Montpelier, Angel Blake of West Unity and David L. Blake, Jr. of Montpelier; and his sister Laura Hesselschwardt of Bryan. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
