She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Kinney and Barbara Kinney (Bonkoski); her siblings, Randy Kinney and Deborah Follett (Kinney); her children, Dax Kerr and Elizabeth Roeder (Kerr); her grandchildren, Liam, Cordelia, Brodie, Carson and Anderson; and her husband Thomas. She was also cherished by cats, three dogs.

The family asks those remembering Cynthia Kerr to make memorial contributions to the Williams County Humane Society.
