He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford LeRoy and Betty Julien, Sr. (Pritchard). He is survived by: his children, Jessica Julien (James Gessler) of Grand Haven, Michigan and Clifford L. Julien, III of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Avery, Hannah, Makenzie, Serina and Liam; and his great grandchild Josie (Daxton). He is also survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
