He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin D. "Duane" Wainwright and Marjorie Wainwright (Sovia); his granddaughter Ava Victoria Wainwright; and his sister Marjorie Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Johnathon Wainwright (Chaloe Rodriguez) of Bryan, Janet Wainwright (Wesley Prater) of Bryan, Tammy Wainwright of Wauseon and Summer Davis (Tyler Dixon) of Bryan; his stepson Andrew Whiteman (Amanda) of Fayette, Ohio; his brother Gerald Wainwright of Toledo, Ohio; and his former wife Susan Wainwright of Bryan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
