We bid farewell to Carol M. Ruffer of Bryan, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 2, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Dehnbostel and Luella Dehnbostel (Meyer); her husband William R. Ruffer of John's Lutheran Church; and her sisters, Betty Schweibert, Phyllis Silveus and Dee Bortz.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Ruffer, Jr. (Kathy) of Bryan and Marc Ruffer of Chapel Hill, Tennessee; her granddaughter Kerri James (Austin) of Columbia, Tennessee; her great grandchild Parker James; and her sister Norma Ruffer of Archbold.
