She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Shawley and Patricia Shawley (Smith); her son Andrew Ankney; her sisters, Patty Shawley and Rebecca Shawley; her niece Rebecca Hohenberger; and her nephew Robert Smiddy.
She is survived by: her children, Danielle Washington of Bryan and Wesley Ankney of Bryan; her grandchildren, Carissa Washington (Lupe Gomez), Leanna Washington (Jesse Elliott), Bradley Washington, Johnathon Washington, Jacob Washington and Alex Perez; and her siblings, Barbara Smiddy (Bert) of Defiance, Trudy Smith of Defiance, Bobbi Jo Poston (Bill) of Defiance, Susan DuPont (Rick) of Defiance, Angela Fee of Defiance, Roger Shawley (Jane) of Defiance, Michael Shawley (Marianne) of Defiance and William Shawley of Defiance.
