She was predeceased by: her parents, McCole Mokole and Hazel Mokole (Hanna); and her siblings, Louie Mokole, Mike Mokole, Susie Adamany and Thelma Calhoune.
She is survived by: her spouse Joseph Mazalin; her children, Joe E. Mazalin of Amboy, Paula Ray (Charles) of Valparaiso, Steve Mazalin of California and Rebecca Mazalin of Lake Tahoe; her grandchildren, Chris Ray (Gretchen), Nick Ray (Trisha), Matt Ray and Justin Mazalin; her great grandchildren, Madisyn and Phoenix; and her sisters, Emmeline Saad and Ramona Getzinger.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice and Home Health, 1215 South Portland Street, Bryan, Ohio 43506.
