He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny L. Ricketts Sr. and Alice V. Ricketts (Countryman); his wife Lee Ann Ricketts; and his sisters, Anne Woodward and Betsy Lou Ricketts.
He is survived by: his children, Jill Brenner (Randy) of Bryan, OH and Benny L. "Chip" Ricketts III of Ridgeville, SC; his grandchildren, Cameron Alvarez (Lee Ann), Cray Alvarez (Anna), Hunter Ricketts (Morgan), Cara Alvarez, Kiersten Gaston (Derek), Bailie Ricketts (Casey), McKenna Rickett (Mathew Gonzales), Kathleen Snyder (Derek) and Anne Brenner (Dakota); and his great grandchildren, Lauren Gillespie, Xavier Alvarez, Alice Gaston, Lennon Gaston, Dawson Ricketts, Tristyn Ricketts and Keegan Rickettts.
Memorials are to the family to assist with expenses.
