He was predeceased by: his parents, Ensign Ledyard and Mildred Ledyard (Schoonover); his grandson Cody; his siblings, Voyle Ledyard, Norman Ledyard, Iva Ledyard and Eva Michael; and his brother-in-law Robert Michael.
He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy K. Gross; his children, Paul Ledyard (Patricia) of Montpelier, Greg Ledyard (Marcia) of Coldwater and Vivian White of Kearny; his grandchildren, Adam Ledyard (Thea), Andrew Ledyard, Michon Dersien (Joe), Evan Ledyard (Stephanie), Meg Weston (Tim), Genevieve White and Christopher White (Nicole); his brothers, Hal Ledyard (Sharon) of Bryan and Moyne Ledyard (Luhana) of Bryan; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Ledyard of Ossian and Bev Ledyard of Hillsdale.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
