He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Smith and Eva Belle Smith (Moog); and his brothers, Jay, James and Jerry Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Caprice Schulte (Steve) of Celina and Sarah Vian (Scott) of Howell, Michigan; and his siblings, Alan Smith (Marilyn) of Bowling Brook, Rex Smith (Ella) of Bryan and Georgia Ann Patterson of Stryker. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Service - Bryan (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Melbern United Methodist Church (3739 Co Rd 9, Bryan, OH 43506).
