We bid farewell to Alma M. Thornburg of Bryan, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 27, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence P. Shirkey and Leona V. Shirkey (Impton); her daughter Paula Thornburg; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Shirkey, Shirley Lyons and Carolyn Hanson.
She is survived by: her husband Denver P. Thornburg of Bryan; her son Scott Thornburg (Julie) of Camden, Michigan; her grandson Senior Airman Jordan Thornburg; and her brother Lee Shirkey (Sue) of Bryan.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to Bryan First Church of Christ.
