He is survived by: his wife Veronika; his children, John Milicevic (Karen), Larry "Butch" Milicevic and Cindy Blackstock (Frank); his grandchildren, Cory Milicevic (Shana), Melissa Robba (Scott), Rachel Milicevic, Ashley Duplaga (Cody), Mitchell Blackstock and Nate Blackstock; and his brother Jago Milicevic.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Zvonko's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
