He is survived by: his wife Amy Mueller; his daughters, Aubrey and Madeline Mueller; his mother Darla Mueller (late Robert); his brothers, Bob (Kathy) and Jeff Mueller; and his nieces and nephews, Robby Mueller (Savvy), Mathew Mueller (Bethany), Alyssa Beight (Andy), Emilie Mueller and Carrie Mueller.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, sponsored by his daughter Maddy's Sorority, Chi Omega at Ohio University.
