He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Landon and Madeline; his parents, Ken Calvey (late Rose) and Ann Glaser (Mike); his siblings, Bridget Mischak (Rick), Mike Calvey (Marcina), Kelly Dzik Erin (Jeremy) and Brian Hlywiak (Chelsie); his in-laws, Walter and Mary Jo Koenig; his sister-in-law Amanda Geyer (Eric); and his grandparents, Mary and John "Jack" Powers.
