He was predeceased by: his parents, Ziggy Salata (Ignatius John) and Helen Salata; his stepson Daniel Gruber; and his wife Norma Salata. He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Sereta (Bruce), Sharon Devecka and Karin Conway (Frank); his stepchildren, Dennis Gruber (late Judie), Marie Sweet and Deborah Kubec (Phil); his grandchildren, Ashlee (Scott), Amanda (Mike), Aidan and Bridget; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Henryk, Lilian, Sydney and Robert. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren, 16 step-great grandchildren.
