He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Decker, Karen Ward and Hans Hamilton (Jose Mateo); his caregiver Mark Bender; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Kyle, Sarah (Jesse), Holly (Holl Doll), Hope, Ashton and Alyvia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
