She is survived by: her parents, Philip Cummings (Rebecca) and Starr Cummings; her husband Wayne Kosman; her sons, David Kosman (Samantha) and Cory Kosman; her grandchildren, Morgan and Audrey; her siblings, Chuck Weikle, Jennifer Pettet (Rob), Mark Cummings, Tim Cummings, Todd Cummings (Jenny), Keri Cummings, Brian Smith (Alison) and Christina Held; her mother-in-law Caroline Kosman; her siblings-in-law, Mark Kosman (Jody) and Laurie Kosman; and her pet Sox.
