She is survived by: her child Courtney Juby; her grandson Gavin Stephens; her sister Melissa Zmecek (Joseph); her nieces and nephews, Christian Anderson, Justin Turk and Nathan Zmecek; her children, Lexi and Niko; and her boyfriend Martin Wampleman.
