Though Louis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bogar and Dorothy Bogar (Wuest); and his nephew Joseph Bogar. He is survived by: his wife Lois "Gail" Bogar (Arthur); his son Louis E. Bogar Jr. (Glenda); his grandson Brayden Louis; his brother Elmer "Butch" Bogar; and his nephews, Eric Bogar (Sandra) and Jason Bogar (Ginnie).
A burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (349 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212).
