He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Jeremiah (Nicole) and Sarah Bullington; his stepchildren, D. J. and Jacob; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Jr. and Sawyer; and his siblings, Sharon McDonald (Dan) of Burlington, KY, George Harris Jr. of Medina, John Harris of Carthage, TN and Pamela Kandah (Samir) of Westlake.
