He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carter and Monica Carter; and his brothers, Edward and Richard Carter. He is survived by: his pet Oliver; his nephews, Justin Carter (Sabrina), Frank Erik Carter (Lynn), Richard Ashley Carter and Edward Jefferson Carter; his niece Gwen Marie Rice (Mark); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Carter and Kim Carter.
