He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Brandon Brackins (Jessica Garra); his parents, Eileen Chambers, and Donald J. Chambers, Sr.; and his siblings, Theresa Cali (Dan), Cyndy LaRosa (Vic), Michael Chambers and Colleen Fenske (Adam).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Ambrose Church (929 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family would be appreciated.
