He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ruby, and Betty Ruby, Jr. (Young). He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sisters, Karen Allman (Michael) and Marlene Pfister (Thomas); and his nieces, Dawn Hagenbaugh (Jeremy), Melanie Cantrell (Chris) and Valorie Reid (Robert). He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
