She was predeceased by: her parents, Camillo Mellotti and Francesca Mellotti; her husband Orville; and her son Ronald. She is survived by: her children, Donna, Norman, Eleanor, Dennis, Darlene and Connie.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Carolina's name to the American Diabetes Association or Hospice of Medina County.
