He was predeceased by: his parents, Elma Butt of Brown County, Ohio. and Howard D Butt; his wife Alma Faye Butt (Countryman); and his brothers, Lester, Charles, Alva and Emerson Earl.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis M. Butt (Lynn), Howard David Butt and Jack G. Bett; his granddaughter Melody Bett; his nieces, Sharon Butt and Benita Young (Dan); his nephew John Butt; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Monica Rogers, Leslie Messmore, Donald Young and Dylan Allamon. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
