He is survived by: his children, Connie Drenner (Dale), Christopher Hern (Melodi), Elizabeth Weber, Jennifer Geisler (Thomas) and David Hern (Mary); and his brothers, James Hern (Janice) and Thomas Hern (Nancy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
