He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Butler and Rose Butler; and his brother Charles Butler. He is survived by: his daughters, Amelia Crossman (Nick) and Maggie Butler (Kara Bingham); his grandchildren, Lukas and Rylee; his siblings, Norma and Mike Butler; and his cousins, Sheryl and Bill Hicks.
