He was predeceased by: his father Robert Dickey; and his parents-in-law, Carol and Donald Dennull. He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his mother Willa Dickey; his daughters, Brandie Davis, Heather Zirkle (Tony) and Cara Buriff (Chris); his grandchildren, Madison Davis of Michael Davis, II, Grayson Zirkle, Marissa Davis, Chase Zirkle and Andrew Buriff; and his sister Kim Dohner. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to either The Spina-Bifida Foundation, The American Heart Association or The Ronald McDonald House in Cincinnati, OH.
