We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2023, at the age of 93, Rosa Charlotte Wilburn of Brookville, Ohio, born in Carter, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosa Charlotte Wilburn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harvey and Winnie Ellen Bishop (Kiser); her husband Louie Wilburn; her son-in-law Jack Barrett; her siblings, Coy Finley Bishop, Olive June Henderson (Dempsey), Opal Jewel Hignite (Joe), Dora Inez Brown (Carmal), Edna Daeton Hamilton (Burnice) and Frances Pauline Brown (Chalmer); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Wilburn, Erma Pope (Walter) and Thelma June Carroll (Lewis).

She is survived by: her children, Theda C. Barrett, Joan Wilburn, Kim Quick (Steve), Michael Wilburn and Stan Lee Wilburn (Irma); her sister-in-law Wanda Wilburn; her grandchildren, Sean Barrett (Darlene), Jeremy Barrett (Serra), Jeff Barrett (Carlie), Brittany Wilburn, Dr. Nate Wilburn-Ogletree, Kyle Curtis, Joshua Wilburn and Josiah Wilburn; and her great grandchildren, Raelyn, Laynee, Jackson, Jude, Charlotte, Bailey, Riley Barrett, Gunner Wilburn and Garrett Lee. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
