He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Russell; his daughter Shelia Russell; his grandson Nicholas Dwyer; his nephew Erin Moore; his parents, Caroline Russell and Harry Russell; and his parents-in-law, Mildred and Robert Moore.

He is survived by: his daughter Julie L. Andrews (Eric); his sister Patti Russell-Campbell (Larry); his brother-in-law Roy Moore (Pat); and his niece Jen Miller (Randy).

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hospice of Dayton.
