With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Etter of Brookville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025 at the age of 63. Though Richard has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Etter and Gloria Etter. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Etter; his children, Ashley Etter (Gus) and Josh Etter; his brothers, Ronald Etter (Patti) and Randy Etter (Dawn); his cousin Shari Scharrer (Rick); and his close friend Randy Van Zant. He is also survived by numerous family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rogers' Funeral Home - New Lebanon (324 W Main St, New Lebanon, OH 45345). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
