He is survived by: his brother Claude Seibel, Jr. (Jeanne); and his children, Ricki Martin (Chris), Richard Parks (Karen), David Parks and Brian Parks (Terri). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
