She is survived by: her sons, Todd Weaver (Jodi) and Andrew Weaver (Jessica); her grandsons, Jacob, Maxwell and Owen; and her siblings, Tom Jenkins and Jodi Blacklidge (Gary).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Dayton in Pam's memory.
