She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burke and Gladys Burke (Lewis); her husband Robert U. Evans; her daughter Lori J. Evans; and her siblings, Penny Moore, Jeannie Setser (Paul) and Thomas "Bud" Burke.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey S. Evans (Lynna) and Thomas W. Evans (Kelly); her grandchildren, Laura Evans, Nicole Bartlett, Ryan Evans (Amanda), Janelle Dewey (Nathan), Elizabeth Frusher (Travis) and Bryan Evans (Ashley); and her sister-in-law Wanda Burke. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
