She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Smith; her children, Cheryl (Gary Cantrell) of Gulfport, FL, Timothy (Jill Bailey) of Verona, OH and Teresa (Trace Gayheart) of Lake Forest, CA; and her grandchildren, Jami Russell, Gabriel, Thomas, Jesse Bailey, Abigail Freeman, Kyle Cantrell, Madalynn and Kurt Gayheart.
