She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Sturr (DeVilbiss) and Richard Sturr. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Ballinger; her sons, Todd A. Boose (Pam), Brent D. Boose (Meko) and Darrin L. Boose; her stepchildren, Todd C. Durst, Carrie L. Hensley (Mike) and Bobby E. Ballinger; her grandchildren, Sgt. Justin Boose (Amber), Jacob Boose (Kate Fuller), Devin Boose, Mikey Hensley, Dylan Hensley (Aleda), Hope Hensley, Lane Hensley, Nick Clark and Ashley Clark; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Bowles, Olivia Boose, Leighla Boose, Nicholas Clark and Hyleigh Clark. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
