He was predeceased by: his grandmother Cheryl Moseman-Sholly. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Roberts and Dawn Roberts (Moseman); his siblings, Katy, Jessica Roberts and Kash Roberts; his grandparents, Carl, Beverly Roberts and Bruce Moseman; his aunts and uncles, Anita Sherrard (Troy), Tricia Taylor (Rich), Greg Moseman (Lisa), Eric Moseman and Jody Moseman (Angela); and his great-uncle Bill Roberts. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Metro Parks so a tree can be planted in Levi's memory.
