She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Jackson and Cora Jackson; her husband Rev. George W Pennington; her daughter Bonnie Jean Hiler; her grandson Davey Rowser; and her siblings, Harry Edward "Bub" Jackson (Dorothy), Mildred "Babe" Sigler (Leo), Dorothy Joseph (Johnny) and Jean Montgomery.

She is survived by: her brother Carl William "Bill" Beverly Jackson; her children, Mike Pennington (Janie), Connie Staggs (Joe) and Sheri Pennington; and her grandchildren, Lisa Carter, Bonita Reyna (Bert), Julie Coffman, Jack Stevenson (Lori), Chad Pennington (Heather), Joe Joe Staggs (Laura), Dusty Staggs (Zannah) and Jonathan Rowser.
