It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leanna Madsen (Brookville, Ohio), born in Hillsboro, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Cooley and Doris Louise Cooley (Lawson); and her sister Janet Scott. She is survived by: her husband Robert K. Madsen; and her siblings, Gary Cooley (Kim), John Cooley (Mary) and Mary Worley (Ed). She is also survived by her extended family & many good friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Leanna to the State of the Heart Hospice, 1350 N. Broadway Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331.
