He was predeceased by: his parents, Mosco Clark and Della Clark (Hartsock); and his grandson Zachary Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Clark (Hole); his children, Tina Patrick (Mike) of Brookville, Tawnya Clark-Evans (Ryan) and Jason Clark (Julie) of Huber Heights; his grandchildren, Bradley Patrick, Jackson, Savannah and Brooklyn Clark; and his sister Barbara Ann Dabbelt. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
