He is survived by: his wife Mary Durham (Throm); his daughter Angel McPherson (Durham) of New Lebanon, Ohio.; his stepchildren, Betty (Joseph Persky) of Anna, OH and Jacob (Jennifer Blevins) of Independence, KY; and his grandchildren, Waylon Wright, Timmy McPherson, James D. Durham, Terry Young, Justice Vanatta, Autumn Blevins and Macie Blevins.
