He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylas Edds and Cornie Edds; his siblings, Ethel Estes, Flora Yearly, Nora Vanhoose and James Franklin Edds; and his son Galen Edds.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Edds; his children, Leslie Edds, Sharon, Henry C. Edds (Amy) and Mark Edds (Chrissy); and his grandchildren, Brian, Jeff, Kevin, Chris, Whitney, Cody, Abby, Josh, Jenny and Alex. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
