She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Crawford; her parents, Ralph Ullery and Arta Ullery; and her siblings, Floyd, Dick, Harold, James, Bruce Ullery, Mary Putterbaugh and Ruby Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Crawford (Laurie Ann) and Thomas Crawford (Virginia); her grandchildren, Ethan, Galen Crawford (Thu Ba), Lauren Walkup (Zach), Ellen Crawford, Claire Sales (Danny) and Grace Crawford; her great grandchildren, Cole, Caleb Walkup and Luna Crawford; and her nephew Howard Mendenhall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
