He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Vanhoff (John) and Kelly Cain; his grandchildren, Rodney, Robert, Abigail and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Ryus, Odin and Brad, Jr.; and his sister Dianne Black (Gary). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
