With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lee Collins (Brookville, Ohio), who passed away on December 25, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Kay Collins (Brigner); his parents, Raymond J. Bernstein and Virginia Caplinger; and his stepfather Harold Cassel. He is survived by: his children, Lori Worley, Stephen Collins (Tammy) and Melissa "Missy" Collins; his grandchildren, Jesse, Weston and Cody; and his brothers, Denny Cassel (Tina), Terry Cassel and Dave Cassel Gary (Debbie). He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Dayton.
