He was predeceased by: his parents, Tranquilino Ampaya and Natividad Ampaya (Piquer). He is survived by: his daughters, Renae Ampaya, Aimee Ampaya and Geana Ampaya; his caregiver Zachary Roth; and his siblings, Jim, Arthur, Danny, Levi, Edna, Alice and Loida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
