He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Allen and Mary Allen. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Brent Allen, Kasey Allen and Steven Gross (Brooke); his grandchildren, Olivia, Cooper and Diesel; and his sisters, April and Donna Allen. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many special friends.
