He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Bushong and Cora Bushong. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; and his children, Vicki Smith (Greg), Scott Bushong, Mark Bushong (Tina) and Bryan Bushong. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hospice of Dayton.
